The Great Commission is not a calling for a few. It is the assignment of the Church.

What Are The 5G's

Every Believer Has a Place in God's Mission

One of the greatest misconceptions about missions is that it’s reserved for a small group of extraordinary people. For many believers, the Great Commission feels inspiring but distant, leaving them wondering where they fit or whether they have anything meaningful to offer.

The Be A G Commission was created to change that.

The 5Gs provide a simple framework that helps demystify missions by showing that every follower of Jesus has a valuable role to play. Instead of asking, “Am I called to missions?” we begin asking a better question:

“How has God uniquely designed me to participate in His mission?”

Whether your gifts lead you to pray, serve, lead, give, encourage, or go, the Kingdom advances when each person faithfully embraces their role.

One Mission. Five Kingdom Roles.

The 5Gs are not five separate ministries or personality types. They are five complementary expressions of the Great Commandment and the Great Commission working together. Like a healthy ecosystem, each role strengthens the others, creating a unified movement focused on bringing the Gospel to every remaining Unengaged Unreached People Group.

No one G is more important than another.

When they work together, the Church becomes stronger, healthier, and more effective.

THE GROANERS

The Intercessors

Groaners carry the burden of the harvest before God through prayer. They pray for missionaries, unreached people groups, open doors, spiritual breakthrough, revival, and laborers to be sent into the harvest. They understand that prayer is not preparation for the mission. Prayer is part of the mission.

THE GOERS

The Sent Ones

Goers leave comfort behind to carry the Gospel where it has not yet been proclaimed. They embrace obedience over convenience and faith over fear, believing that every people group deserves the opportunity to hear about Jesus.

Which G Are You?

Most believers naturally identify with one or two of the 5Gs, but every role contributes to the same mission. As you grow in your faith, you may even find God stretching you into new opportunities and new expressions of service.

The goal isn’t to fit into a category.

The goal is to discover how God has uniquely wired you to participate in His Kingdom.

When every believer embraces their role, the Church becomes more than a collection of individuals—it becomes a coordinated movement capable of reaching the remaining people groups with the hope of Jesus Christ.
